Biography
Riverhorse’s managing director Ian Bailey has had extensive success in both New Zealand and Australia, managing companies in a variety of industries. Ian’s ability to raise equity, restructure management systems and return companies to profitability is what has made him such a success in the business world.
He has been the managing director of several public and private companies in NZ and Australia, has listed companies on both the NZX and ASX, and has experience in public company governance requirements. Ian also has extensive experience in the payment systems industry, including system design and implementation. Ian is also a chartered member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors as well as a member of the Australian Institute of Directors . He is available as a director for both public and private companies.
